Matthew Felton
Co-Deputy Chair
Matthew is a General Management Professional and Para Athlete. He completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property, from Curtin University, before going on to graduate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2020.
Matthew worked as a Commercial Analyst before moving into General Management in the building and construction sector. His role includes securing key client relationships, setting strategic direction, communicating clear vision, and leadership.
Matthew is an accomplished Para Marathon Athlete, having represented Australia in world championship and world cup events. His passion for inclusion has seen Matthew hold committee chair roles within sport and driving engagement within para sport, through coaching and program development.
Matthew was awarded a 40 under 40 Award in 2018.
Having acted as an ambassador for Pluslife for over three years, Matthew brings a unique business acumen and forward-thinking attitude to the board. He believes in enriching the lives of those living in pain or with a disability and sees Pluslife as an integral part of delivering this to the wider community.
