This Femoral Head Donation Retrieval Course has been developed for Western Australia (WA) theatre staff involved in the retrieval, handling, and coordination of femoral head donations. The course provides guidance on best practice procedures, documentation requirements, infection control standards, donor eligibility considerations, and the safe management and transport of donated tissue in accordance with WA health protocols.
